  • What is our Return Policy? Please check here:
  • All unused and unwashed articles can be returned or exchanged. Orders may be return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must not be used and must be in original packaging. Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping returns to us. More details on the Return Policy page or though the link above. Due to delicate nature of screen-printed articles, and intimate products, these cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping Contact us at sales@fibermerixchic.com for more details.
  • What are the shipping options?
  • We offer FREE Shipping on all orders. Please take advantage of this. If a customer does prefer a faster shipment the customer is free to pay for it and we will honor and fulfil this arrangement without hesitation.
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
  • No duties or Taxes to be paid as we do not collect these on any shipment except within Canada.
  • When will I receive my order?
  • As of the pandemic carrier staffing issues, we are seeing shipping orders taking up to between 2-4 weeks to arrive. As we are offering FREE Shipping on all orders, when extra payments are made for faster shipment this is taken into consideration and acted upon accordingly, for a faster service.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
  • We normally do track customer orders after shipment for any issue regardless. We rarely have issues like this but it if happens to you please contact us. Will look into it to find out what may have happened and advise accordingly. It may have been delayed at the Customs and happened during normal holiday periods. If it is discovered that it was lost completely during shipment the buyer will be notified immediately of a delayed delivery or if applicable a full refund. Your money is never lost with us.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
  • We very very rarely ship out defective order. If you do for any reasons receive a defective order, please contact us [sales@fibermerixchic.com] as soon as possible so we can find out what happened during the shipment for a faster resolution as soon as possible. Exchanges and refunds are possible.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
  • Act immediately or as soon as possible with 24hrs. We strive to process all orders as quickly as we can for best customer experience.

  • We have our head office in Halifax, Canada and another Warehouse in Miami Florida.
